Installation fails on symfony_mailer_bc is obsolete

Problem/Motivation

Installation via UI or drush fails with the following message:

Unable to install modules: module 'symfony_mailer_bc' is obsolete.

symfony_mailer_bc has been made lifecycle obsolete. See https://www.drupal.org/project/symfony_mailer/issues/3355626 📌 Obsolete the symfony_mailer_bc module Fixed

Steps to reproduce

Follow composer install steps and drupal installation steps.

Proposed resolution

Remove symfony_mailer_bc from commerce_kickstart.info.yml
