Remove "feature" content type

Problem/Motivation

Do not need a "feature" content type, because it will be a field in the "project" content type with "Unlimited" values.

Proposed resolution

- Remove the "feature" content type.
- Install (Ace Editor) and enable (Media & Media Library & Ace Editor) module.
