Run updatebot on GitLab

Problem/Motivation

Run updatebot on Gitlab in a seperate step. Split the job in multple parrallel jobs, also make sure they need manual "execute" so we can first run on a set of test projects, then run a small batch, after that the whole set.

The bot code in this repo is stable, been testing posting updates and there are no real weird things. This work can start.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. New gitlab pipe line or job, probably a child pipeline with trigger manual.
  2. Child pipeline should create multiple jobs: 10 projects, 50 projects, rest of projects

Remaining tasks

  1. Create child pipeling with dry-run always enabled
  2. Allow to get secrets from projects
  3. Update pipeline to partial run a dry-run first
  4. Update pipeline to do real run.
