Media Caption: Not converting from node/[xxx] to alias

Problem/Motivation

When i add an image using core media and add a caption and the use linkit to link that text to a node, the path node/x is not converted to its alias.
It seems media is taking over the data.
I already tried putting the linkit-filter first and last in order on the textformat page.

Any ideas or is that a textfilter order problem? You guys never link captions?
