Add 'greater than' and 'less than' operators to Key value options

Motivation

I'm going to submit a patch that we've made for a client, it adds 'Greater than' and 'Less than' options to Key Value pairs, allowing us to check the values of cookies. In the same way that gt and lt (and gte and lte) are already available for numeric options.

I understand this may not be the best solution, because key value pairs can have non-numeric values, but I thought I would push this patch in case it is helpful to anybody.
