Add a default Synonyms friendly Views filter

Synonyms friendly Views filter has Synonyms friendly widgets available as options during the setup.

However, we are lacking here the default Synonyms-friendly views widget which will filter views results both by Term name (entity title) and by Term synonyms (entity synonyms).

Synonyms friendly Autocomplete widget and Synonyms friendly Select widget will be added to the list of available widgets if respective submodules are installed... but the default Synonyms friendly views filter should work even if none of Synonyms friendly widgets are installed.

The default Synonyms friendly Views filter should look and work just as default entity-reference field Views filter. But, it should filter views results both by Term name (entity title) and by Term synonyms (entity synonyms).

This task is beyond my knowledge base... so posting the feature request here - hoping that someone might be able to help. :)
