If no HTTP referer is set, a TypeError is thrown

TypeError: Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Request::create(): Argument #1 ($uri) must be of type string, null given, called in /app/web/modules/contrib/commerce_add_to_cart_link/src/Controller/AddToCartController.php on line 172 in Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Request::create() (line 321 of /app/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/Request.php).

Although this will mostly be triggered by bots, because by clicking on the link, we always have a referer. But anyway, this error needs to be fixed
