Problem/Motivation

Warning: Undefined array key "#type" in better_search_preprocess_form_element() (line 110 of docroot/modules/contrib/better_search/better_search.module) when visiting some admin routes such as /admin/config/content/charts

Steps to reproduce

Have Charts module installed, visit /admin/config/content/charts

Proposed resolution

Check #type is set before seeing if its == 'search'
