Add FeedsTarget plugins for dimension field types

Problem/Motivation

When mapping a feed importer, the field for Dimension doesn't appear.

Steps to reproduce

Install Dimension →
Configure fields on content type.
Prepare for import via the Feeds module.
During the process for mapping the Dimension field, the field is not present.

In order for fields to appear on the mapping screen, a FeedsTarget plugin needs to be written for it. Feeds only aims to provide FeedsTarget plugins for field types provided by Drupal Core. So therefore I move this issue over to the Dimension issue queue.
