Adding non-existent permissions to a role is not allowed. The incorrect permissions are "view paragraph content dropdown"

Problem/Motivation

I get the following issue any time I edit any sort of setting or configuration issues remotely relating to a paragraph:

RuntimeException: Adding non-existent permissions to a role is not allowed. The incorrect permissions are "view paragraph content dropdown". in Drupal\user\Entity\Role->calculateDependencies() (line 207 of core\modules\user\src\Entity\Role.php)....

That applies to editing the text editing settings, the roles for users as it relates to paragraphs, and even trying to uninstall the paragraphs type permissions module. Since I can't uninstall, and since there is very little out there on the internet relating to this error, I am unsure of steps to take to fix it.

Steps to reproduce

Drupal Versions: 10.1.1 or 10.1.2
Paragraphs Version: 1.15.0
Everything about my installation besides the other modules I have installed is defaulted because I am a new Drupal dev. I am only running the site locally on xampp. There are no custom configurations, which is why I am surprised I see no one else with this issue online.

Proposed resolution

Fix incorrect permissions

Remaining tasks

User interface changes

API changes

Data model changes
