Allow to select different targets

Hi,

In the previous version of this module with CKeditor 4, it was possible to select a target (other than just _blank).
In this new ckeditor 5 compatible version, the select has disappeared.
Is it possible to bring it back?
We need it to set other targets such as _parent.
