Problem/Motivation

No conditions for url params and methods.
No ability to 'allow IP'
Many warnings of code standards and little problems.

User interface changes

Added method. params, operation configs.

This module has a many warnings about coding standards and some places with classes params instead interface. Also, I have added useful configs for the method and URL params. Second feature is the ability to select operation between restrict and allow.
