Help with Add to Calendar

Created on 3 August 2023, over 1 year ago

Problem/Motivation

I'm experiencing a problem with the 'Add to Calendar' module in Drupal (version 3.3.0), where dates appear to be registering a day behind and time is delayed by an hour. My Drupal timezone is set to America/New_York, while my server timestamp is UTC.

For an event with start date field ('field_event_dates') '2023-10-03', and time ('field_event_time') from '68400' to '75600', the generated .ics file shows incorrect timestamps in UTC (DTSTART:20231003T000000Z, DTEND:20231003T010000Z).

The expected .ics time should reflect the 'field_event_time' from '68400' to '75600' in EST. How can I resolve this discrepancy?

Any guidance on troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi, @mario.elias

I'm sorry to say that this module does not currently have any maintainers that are both active and knowledgeable. I am doing my best to keep the module compatible with the latest Drupal release but I don't actually have deep understanding of the code.

Perhaps there is an old support request or bug report that is related to your problem.

    Cheers!
