Problem/Motivation

Wrong URL when I save a new Model or edit existing one (there is a similar problem #3349859)

There is an example of a wrong URL
http://localhost/en/en/admin/config/workflow/eca/bpmn_io/save?_wrapper_f...

Steps to reproduce

Need to enable several languages and set settings to detect language from URL

Proposed resolution

It needs to remove Drupal.url from javascript and use only Url::fromRoute(...)->toString()
