Hi All,

Add Image widget (Upload Image Functionality) for media library is not working in Add Media Section after PHP version upgrade from PHP 8.0 to PHP 8.1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Navigate to /admin/media/image
2) Click 'Add Image' option.
3) Fill up all the mandatory fields.
4) Upload image option throwing an error "This value should not be null:

We are using the below stack:
PHP 8.1
Drupal 9.3.9
Mysql 5.7

    Drupal 9.3 is no longer supported. Please reproduce the bug on a supported version.

    I could not reproduce this bug on a clean install of Drupal 10.1.3 (PHP 8.1.23) so closing accordingly. If additional steps to reproduce on a supported version can be provided then please feel free to reopen this issue.
