With verbose Drush install command, a debug message reports: entity_share_client should have an extra.drush.services section in its composer.json. See http://docs.drush.org/en/11.x/commands/#specifying-the-services-file.
Do a drush site-install with verbose output
Add composer.json in entity_share_client subfolder
