DS_VARY_ML cookie not available when not using DropSolid platform

Problem/Motivation

Block visibility based on Unomi segments isn't working for me, because I don't have a DS_VARY_ML cookie.

Given the 'DS' prefix, I assume this is something that's set by the DropSolid platform, and not part of Unomi itself.
