Add an option to show the reference count on each term.

Problem/Motivation

To me it is nicer to show how many terms there are for each item instead of it just disappearing.

Proposed resolution

I plan to add a checkbox "Show Count" and then in the SelectiveFilterBase.php alter the php to keep a count and to modify the label of the option to add the number. A stretch goal would to be able to provide a class or marker for each zero item so css can disable it.
