Edit Module description

I just happened to find this module at the perfect time for a complicated D7 site audit. Best thing out there for a quick overview of content, content types, users, and roles. Thank you for your work and updating your module!

Additional changes:
1. Updated the same details in modules Readme.md file and modules help section (/admin/help/extra_siteinfo).
2. A minor fix, related to TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string + int is fixed in the module.

These changes will be released in the upcoming version.

Released in the 7.x-1.1 → version.
