Is it possible to add ability to check it against a user?
For example i would like to allow users to create their own status list like "open, closed. etc"
However if one user create status it is not allowed for other users to create the same value. Hence i would like to connect it with user somehow.
Via ECA rules PRe-Saved I added user name to body and tried to combine with status. However it tries to validate only status and ignore body value because in time of validating is body still blank as it was not saved already.
Can anyone help so two users can create the node with same value but the same user cannot create Open status twice by a mistake...

I found a workaround using following module Entity Prepopulate → where I set current user ID to body field and then it makes it unique as userID is a unique value.
However i still think this feature to check against a user could be developed here.
