Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ParameterNotFoundException: You have requested a non-existent parameter "site.path". in Drupal\Component\DependencyInjection\Container->getParameter() (line 328 of core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php).

I am getting this error on all edit pages that use a CK Editor

Drupal version 8.9.2

Downgrading to anchor link 8.2.5 resolves the issue.
