Can't Change Session Author

Problem/Motivation

There are times when a session needs to be added manually by the event organizers where the author needs to be changed to the person actually presenting the session. Due to moderation, it appears as though editing the author is not possible.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a session. Then try to edit the session and change the author.
