Tab showing but clickable

Have to requirments to shows the data in tabbed form so created the view page and attachement. Have configured based on the steps that you provided. I able to see the tab but not functional meaning not clickable. I am not able see any errors on console logs as well as on error log. Have using our custom theme where don't use any bootstrap. Can anyone help me to figure out this issue.
