Don't require Group module to install Rocket Chat Integration module

Problem/Motivation

When you run composer require drupal/rc, you get Group module downloaded, even if you don't need it. Also, when you enable the main Rocket Chat Integration module, it installs Group module. Group module is only needed for the Group submodule, though. Currently, there is no way to use this module without also enabling Group module.

Proposed resolution

Remove dependency on Group module from main module and from composer.json.
