While testing the module, I encountered various challenges configuring the Moneris Checkout profile to work properly in the context of Drupal (using Commerce Kickstart 3.x as my testing environment). It turns out there are certain settings that must be toggled to get the best result. We should provide step-by-step instructions so people know how to configure their sites to work.
