Collections block missing during installation

I'm seeing a handful of the following error messages on installation:

The "field_block:commerce_product:default:product_collections" was not found

The collections taxonomy is definitely being defined and the field added to the product data model, so perhaps we're just missing a block definition used for faceting the catalog?
