Upgrade or remove Square from the certified projects list

Commerce Square is currently included in the Centarro Certified Projects repository, but its version of the Square PHP SDK only supports PHP 8.1, not 8.2+. The latest version of the Square SDK would support PHP 8.2+ just fine. We need to see if it's a fairly quick task to upgrade the module to the latest SDK, and if not, we should remove it from the Certified Projects list until it can be addressed.
