Create config install and schema files for configuration

Problem/Motivation

I noticed that there is no module.settings.yml and module.schema.yml file present for default configuration settings.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module and use it without saving its configuration. It will throw the error.

Proposed resolution

Create files to set the default configuration.
