Undefined array key warning

Problem/Motivation

When installing on a new site we've seen the following warning:

Warning: Undefined array key "#default_value" in _menu_link_weight_get_parent_value_from_element() (line 82 of modules/contrib/menu_link_weight/menu_link_weight.module).

This needs to be recreated in the Menu Link Weight queue, I'm leaving it open until that is done so I don't forget.
