Allow entity reference to override (or simply add) a term reference to an entity reference

Problem/Motivation

Essentially trying to get a low budget, single use-case version of the Relation module for Drupal 7 → here (as it is not available for Drupal 10 → .

That use case is being able to reference real taxonomy terms when referencing another entity, so that the relationship can be 'tagged'.

For example we could reference a person content type and with each one select the project team the person belongs to, specific to the referencing context. Then we could group people by these teams when displaying.
