Remove or convert legacy Simpletests

Problem/Motivation

The few tests in earlier versions were simpletests:

  • src/Tests/access.test : a functional access control test for the G2 routes
  • src/Tests/issues.test : a function test for the "wiki" G2 mode, aka the "default node from entry" contents

They need to be either converted or removed if irrelevant

Also, the existing tests are located in the old location src/Tests/(Functional[Javascript]|Kernel|Unit), and in the Drupal\g2\Tests namespace, but the current recommended location is tests/src/(Functional[Javascript]|Kernel|Unit) and the namespaces need to be adapted accordingly to Drupal\Tests\g2.
