Add support for Drupal 10

Hi!
Here's the patch that fixes deprecations in the 8.x-2.x branch, making it compatible with Drupal 10.

However, it is still not possible to use this module with D10. The reason is its dependency - qbnk/qbank3api-phpwrapper, which in its turn relies on psr/simple-cache ^1.0. D10, however, locks psr/simple-cache ^1.0 to ^3.0

Is there a chance to ask the team who is responsible for qbnk/qbank3api-phpwrapper to update their requirement statement for psr/simple-cache: ^1.0 to psr/simple-cache: ^3.0 ?
