Config Entity Example Add Field text outdated in Functional tests in D10

Example module fails testing due to a change to link text at `/admin/structure/types/manage/article/fields`.

Install this module while running Drupal 10 and then run tests of Examples module.

Update the text in the test to match the text it needs to find "Add field" should be "Create a new field".
