ECA - Add Ludwig integration

Thanks @devad for your contribution, but it's very unlikely that we're going to support other installation methods than composer, as that's certainly the future of building and updating Drupal sites. I don't think it's a good idea to suggest any other paths to users, not only because the automatic updates at the horizon are built on top of composer as well.

The patch provided here can be used by those in desperate need to use this module without Composer.
