No spacing between edit,delete and reply in the submitted comment section

Problem/Motivation: In the article page, when we submit the comment, there was spacing issue for edit,delete and reply link.

Steps to reproduce
1/Create article page content.
2/Enable the comment in the article edit node.
3/Add new comment and save.

Proposed resolution: There should be space between each line for better readability and user interface.
