After applying attach patch it removes upgrade_status errors and it is compatible with the drupal 10 upgrades.

The Project Update Bot is recommending an additional change 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Needs review , in CartBlockBase.php, returning the rendered element using the renderer Drupal service.
So here's an updated version of the D10 compatibility patch.
