Drupal 10 release

The current code on git works on Drupal 10(the new branch 3.0.x), but need to do some tasks before any release.

Decide what to do with codesnippetgeshi: Drupal 10 have the code block in ckeditor 5 now. It just do not have the color. We can update the module to provide colors in ckeditor 5, or we can remove it.
Geshifileld need some more testing and updates too. There is a patch for it and need to test after this patch how it works with Drupal 10

For 1: I want to remove it from git. To make it work for Ckeditor 5 will be like a new submodule.

For 2: Apply pending patchs and make it work on Drupal 10.

With the patch from 📌 Theme functions are deprecated in geshifield. Fixed geshifield now works on Drupal 10. Now we need to fix or remove codesnippetgeshi.
