Problem/Motivation

doesn't need to add jQuery.min.js externally when you have already added core/jquery dependencies

  js:
    https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.6.1/jquery.min.js: {type: external}
    js/custom.js: {}

Proposed resolution

I have removed external jquery.min.js link from libraries.yml file
