third_party_settings in entity_form_display config not cleared after install

I tried this very promising module, but for now it did not fulfilled my need. You are working on that in another issue...many thanks!
I added a condition to the user entity.

So I uninstalled the module. When I did a config export I noticed remaining config settings.

core.entity_form_display.user.user.default.yml
+ third_party_settings:
+ conditional_fields: { }

That should be cleaned up I guess...
