Wrong domain list if domain_access field disabled on the form

Problem/Motivation

If domain_access is disabled on the form then for entity displays all lists of available domains.

Steps to reproduce

Hide on the form the domain_access field or hide via #access property.
Check form and found that now displays the full list of domains independent from domains on that entity is available.

Proposed resolution

Update Drupal\domain_path\DomainPathHelper service to provide a way to hide unnecessary domains

In the proposed solution I added 2 methods to:

Get the list of active domains for the entity.

Get the field name with domain access settings.

The second method is required because if the field for domain access was created automatically it doesn't have the "field_" prefix
