Wrong domain list if domain_access field disabled on the form

In the proposed solution I added 2 methods to:

1. Get the list of active domains for the entity.
2. Get the field name with domain access settings.

The second method is required because if the field for domain access was created automatically it doesn't have the "field_" prefix
