Add basic styling for the alternatives widget

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the alternatives widget ("Same name and namespace in other branches") is styled like a link in body text, and is directly adjacent to the API description body text, which makes it difficult to tell that it's an automatically-generated interactive widget, rather than part of the API description text.

Steps to reproduce

Visit a page such as https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21modules%21node%21node.module/gr... and start reading the text.

Proposed resolution

  • Add a disclosure triangle to indicate that a click will reveal more content, and remove the blue link color to clarify that a click will alter the display on the current page rather than navigating to a different page
  • Add a background and padding to visually separate this content from the page's API description text
