Add configuration to 'Align' video placed within Wsywig

Problem/Motivation

Currently when we embed a Media image in the Wsywig, we have an option to Align that image left, right, center wrt the text. We need a similar feature while embedding a video,

Proposed resolution

Add configuration similar to Embed Media image to allow alignment of Video in Wyswig.
