Problem/Motivation

Provide a formatter for link fields that allows site builders to use a fixed link text for a link fields output.

Steps to reproduce

This cannot be achieved with core link formatters, could be achieved by changing templates, but that would not allow site builders to change this and field templates are not "view mode sensitive".

Proposed resolution

add a new formatter based on core link formatter that allows to configure a fixed link text.
