Add Field UI integration for "Config Diff" and "Data" fields.

Problem/Motivation

The display of data and Config diffs was just coded into preprocessing. They need to be configurable in Field UI.

Steps to reproduce

View any site entity page.

Proposed resolution

  1. Add field_extra_fields or whatever the equivalident is in Drupal 8+
  2. Add a Yaml Data field formatter for "Map" fields.

User interface changes

Data and Config fields appear in Field UI.
