Add the option to select a stub user to authenticate with

Problem/Motivation

Currently, when a user is validated and later authenticated, the user to be authenticated with is the user who generated the token itself. Add an option in the advanced settings to select a stub user to authenticate with, rather than using the user who generated the token.

Proposed resolution

  1. Add a "use stub" checkbox
  2. Add a conditional field to select a user to use as a stub
  3. Use the stub user to authenticate the token with
