Encapsule duplicated code

Duplicated code

In PowerBiRestApiTestForm.php there is duplicated code that can be encapsulated. This makes extending and using the test form to complex.

Proposed resolution

1. Change the form display to make it easier to use, instead of having a long list of forms
2. Change the implementation so it shares common inputs like workspace_id and report_id
