Implement Shopify::validateConfiguration() and deprecate _shopify_api_client_has_valid_config()

Problem/Motivation

Since we already have a general Shopify class, it makes sense to keep config validation in the same class. Let's create ::validateConfiguration() method in Shopify class and use the same condition to check the config values.
