"Page not found" error maybe related to caching

Problem/Motivation

1st export works fine.

After first export gets "page not found" error.

Seems to be related to caching somewhere as the issue only happens for us on Acquia Cloud with Cloudflare.

Proposed resolution

Add a unique query string for each export attempt to bust caching.

Patch #2 didn't fix it. I thought it made things work, but turns out it didn't.

Just going to close this issue because the problem seems to be specific to our env. I think there's just some file write issue.
