Drutopia template's current Packagist package (https://packagist.org/packages/drutopia/drutopia_dev_template) currently points to the gitlab repository of 'Drutopia dev template'. We are moving off of gitlab and on to drupal.org so we would like the Packagist package to point to the Drupal repository of Drutopia dev template.
