Please fix line 585 (Plugin\Field\FieldFormatter\Base.php).
- $item->{$subfield} = $fieldSettings[$subfield][$item->{$subfield} ? 'on_label' : 'off_label'];
+ $item->{$subfield} = $fieldSettings["field_settings"][$subfield][$item->{$subfield} ? 'on_label' : 'off_label'];
